Lasea has just installed a micromachining workstation in Technifutur Technology Center, which completes the wide range of workstations already available (machining, EDM, Excimer laser) by incorporating a femtosecond laser source from Amplitude Systèmes. This high energy laser source, coupled with the Lasea's machining head 3D machines all materials and this with extreme precision, on the order of ten microns. The control software Lasea also provides extreme flexibility to the machine as image files, DXF, or STL are automatically converted into movement of the laser beam and are visualized through a 3D graphical interface.

This machine will meet the growing needs of Technifutur for machining in the fields of micro-machining and micro-fluidics.
